Stuffed artichokes with rice

5 large artichokes
5 fresh small onions
1 cup long-grain rice
1 dried onion
1 cup olive oil
2 cups water
Lemon juice
Parsley
Mint
Salt and pepper


Instructions/Description:

Implementation:

Finely chop the onions and mix in a bowl with the rice, the parsley, the mint, and the salt and pepper. Clean and wash the artichokes and cut of some of the outer leaves and cut the stems into small slices and mix them with the rice. This mixture will be used to stuff the artichoke hearts. Next, place the stuffed artichokes in a saucepan. Add salt and pepper, pour the olive oil and water over them, cover and boil for 45 minutes. After boiling, place on a plate and pour lemon juice and then serve.
