Classic refreshment prepared with bitter almonds and it is traditionally served during weddings. It is prepared in a concentrated form and diluted with fresh water. Similar to soumada is vissinada. Although the home-made traditional refreshments has given their place to the commercial ones, their presence in some households underlines the everlasting bonds with the past.
